This phone is easy to use, with a good clear display, nice graphics, and touch screen that works well. I have been iPhone user until recently and was reluctant to try another brand. So far l have been pleased with this phone and feel it has my features on par to the iPhone
Bosta phone I have owned. The only thing that pulls down my rating are the following problems that arose after the recent update to 5.1.1.
The phone lock SIM card between 3-10 times a day. This allows me Ör impossible to reach until then I turn on the screen and see that I need to enter the PIN again. Very bad and I've tried with two factory resets without success.
If anyone has found a fix for this, please let us know.
Lyckes crack the screen today, too, by the way, the positive is that everything still works.
Simcard problem that arose during the update 5.1.1 I solved by removing the pink city code.
After about 6 months I'm satisfied with the cell phone.
The fingerprint reader works great.
The price when I bought it was very good 3500kr.
Have had this phone for about 1 month now. It had been a perfect score if it was not for the ring tone is slightly too high. The lowest level is that 50% of a regular phone, so if you do not want to completely quiet, so it sounds pretty good in the office landscape. ;-)
I hope that this resolves itself with Lillipop-update (Android 5.0), which will come in May.
+ Great battery life, almost back to the old Nokia ear cups that existed before smartphones came. Easily handles 2-3 days normal use. My record so far is 6 days, but with a little less use than normal.
+ Fingerprint Reader. Sitting perfectly positioned at the back, right where your index finger ports when holding it. Unlock the phone in less than a second. Wonderful when mail connection to my company would otherwise require that the phone is locked with a 6-digit code. You can also lock individual apps or photos folders with this, so that only you have access to them.
+ Perfect format. Had a Samsung Note2 before by 5.5 ". This 6" is thanks to their narrower edges as wide, and only a few millimeters higher. Situated perfectly in your hand, no problem to drive with one hand. Wonderful with the little screen real estate so you actually see what you are watching. ;-)
For those of you who hesitate, when I got my Note2 5.5 "felt it a little big first day, but then I would never be able to imagine going back to the 4.3" I had before, it felt incredibly futile then. Same wowkänsla of large area, I did not with the hope from 5.5 "to 6", but it is anyway considerably nicer than 5.5 ", which, however, still feels OK, so if I had to go back to it so would not the earth move in anyway. ;-)
+ Fast, absolutely no lag in any situation.
+ Quality feeling, certainly the best feeling I've felt so far on a mobile phone. Nice with a stable construction in metal, instead of the plastiga and somewhat flimsy phones e.g. from Samsung.
+ The screen works very well even in sunlight. With my old Note2'a saw virtually nothing when you were out in the sun, but with this it's almost like sitting indoors, no problem to see what the screen displays.
+ Small bloatware than other manufacturers. Everything can be deactivated if desired.
- The slightly high ringtone
- All messages will have the same color of the LED flashing. On my Note2 gave such new Kik messages green flashing LED indicator, while the mail had blue flash, etc. Easier to see what type of message you received without switching the screen.
Huawei's own interface is somewhat advertiser Lund compared to eg Samsung. It is not bad, on the contrary, it has some good features, but a little different as I said, so it may feel a bit awkward for those who are accustomed to another ..
For my part, played no role, then I prefer to be able to shape the look exactly as I want, and always use a different Launcher (I run with the "Nova Launcher", available for free download on the "Play Store").
Very large percentage display per area. Awesome affordable.
- Lock screen and launcher is something Huawei-own which takes some getting used to. A major drawback is that these do not conform with so ex. Spotify can not place his music controls on the lock screen.
It worked first with the peculiarity that when I switched let piling it into a music file in the usual player, not in Spotify playlist.
After I ran the OTA update, it disappeared completely. :(
- No lollipop in sight.
- Why have they put a thick navigation panel and address field that takes much of the surface of the web browser? (Also in other built-in apps email client, etc.) lucky that there are alternatives to Google Play.
