I bought my Lumia 625 from Vodacom for 995 SEK including a voucher for 0.5 GB of mobile data / month for a year for some month ago, and I am fantastically happy. The first thing I did was to install the development version of WP 8.1, but just today came the "real" version out.
The phone is very solid, and therefore something heavy. But on the whole, it is in a really smooth style. Windows Phone 8.1, I really like: somewhat spartan compared to Android and iOS (which I both run on my other phone and iPod Touch, and iPad), but the Spartan is also strength ... WP 8.1 is very clean and neat, and it is easy to keep order. And WP 8.1 is also very fast even on a low-end phone like the Lumia 625.
One thing I like very much in WP 8.1 is the "Reader" in Internet Explorer. Once you have opened an article on a web page, you can click on the Reader icon to bring up a cleaner page with just pictures and text (no framework, no ads, etc.). You can select font-size separately for this position, quite cleanly good.
Something that I miss in WP 8.1 is the ability to install a third party keyboard, especially when SwiftKey that I use (and love) on my Android phone. But WP 8.1 keyboard is good too.
As regards the supply of apps, there is most of what I need, but for example the Facebook app for WP 8.1 is not quite as developed as it is for Android and iOS. I also use Gmail a lot, with multiple accounts, and I miss when an app from Google itself for this. But there is a great alternative called Metro Mail, which is really good and also updated very frequently.
As a whole, I can certainly recommend the Lumia 625 with WP 8.1. And I look forward kommander updates that make the phone even better.
